ARIT currently holds over 100 technological patents, including but not limited to alkali-free liquid accelerators (product name: ART-SL15/ART-SL37) and nano-calcium silicate hydrate early-strength agents (also called early strength-enhancing nano seeds admixture, product name: ART-CSH). These technologies significantly enhance the performance and construction efficiency of concrete by optimizing the setting time and microstructure of concrete.
For example, the alkali-free liquid accelerators and water reducing admixture have been widely applied in several major international projects, such as the Padma Bridge in Bangladesh, Mombasa–Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway in Kenya, Lotus Tower in Sri Lanka and numerous high-speed railway projects in China, where the performance requirements for concrete admixtures are exceptionally high, and ARIT’s products have successfully met these stringent standards.
ARIT has published over 100 articles in domestic and international academic journals, with 10+ papers included in SCI and 20+ in EI. These papers cover new theories and application technologies in concrete science and chemical admixtures, showcasing ARIT's depth of research and innovation capacity in the field of concrete admixtures. Multiple technological achievements of ARIT have been appraised and recognized at the provincial and ministerial level by the National Building Materials Federation. Technologies such as high strength pile-specific polycarboxylate superplasticizer and microbial mineralization techniques have all been assessed as leading at the international level.
ARIT also actively participates in the formulation of various national and industry standards, including those for concrete accelerators and polycarboxylate superplasticizers. The establishment of these standards not only promotes the technological advancement and standardized development of the construction materials industry but also enhances the overall quality and efficiency of the industry. ARIT has received multiple awards and certifications from the China Construction Association and other authoritative organizations for its outstanding performance in technological innovation and application.
In terms of university cooperation, ARIT has established relationships with many renowned international research institutions, such as the Technical University of Munich, focusing on the development of nanotechnology and smart materials. ARIT has strategic partner universities such as Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Technology, Nanjing Tech University, Southeast University and so on. These academic collaborations not only accelerate the development process of new technologies but also support the international market expansion of the products.
